I have recently connected with a friend I haven't talked to in a long, long time. I am so glad to have found her, because I have missed her greatly. As we are reconnecting, we are telling each other about our families and catching up. I thought, I haven't posted about my family on my blog for awhile so I will post part of my email. It sums up a lot of what is going on right now.
...... Darktimber is doing well and he is an Elf Lord King of all Hunters (World of Warcraft). So you can guess how much I enjoy that. The Kids are good, Konman still hasn't quit moving and he has his uncle's sensitive heart. He has lost his brain and is often compared to a labrador retriever. Basically, if you are holding a ball he will at least look at you while you are talking. We measured him and he is 5 feet tall. The Kirstenator is 8 and my mini me as far as looks are concerned. However, that is where it ends. She has some quirky tendencies and a very active imagination. She is strong willed and gets fascinated on things. So now we have a hamster. Because we wouldn't let her get a giraffe, iguana, or West Highland White Terrier, but she can share with you many interesting(to her) unknown facts about each one of those things. She is an artist, author, or poet depending on the day. As far as my parents, my mom is retired, her and her husband, are living in Grand Junction again and they are enjoying it. My dad passed away in November. His liver and then his kidneys shut down, they just couldn't take the abuse anymore. My brother is no longer in the Navy. He and his wife moved to Denver a couple of years ago and they have a cute 1 year old baby girl. My sister is married with 2 step children her husband is Mike. They are doing good.
