I Live with Rainman
Maybe it is because our van is in the shop and we are driving DarkTimber's little Isuzu pick-up around town. All I know is that after driving around town with Konman, yesterday, I realized that I live with Rainman. This is what I hear as I am driving. "School bus crossing, speed limit 45, speed limit 40, construction ahead, Hotel 1 mile, Mcdonalds .... I like Mcdonalds, we should eat there again, speed limit 45, stop light ahead......blah, blah blah, you get the picture. Now, I am very happy that my 2nd grade son is reading, in fact I'm glad he's excited to read. I just wish he would read quietly to himself. I guess, I should just be happy that he's not rocking back and forth while he's doing this.
